Salary: $97,000 – $125,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage medium to large moderately complex service delivery projects from pre-sales planning to administrative closing.
• Develop project artifacts and proactively manage scope, budget, and schedules.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party service providers to fulfill project requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project communication and risk mitigation.
• Mentor less experienced project managers and potentially lead internal company projects.
• Handle administrative duties including milestone validation, billing submissions, and portfolio reporting.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience creating project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Experience developing Change Orders and project deliverables using Word templates.
