Sr. Project Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote, United States; less than 10% domestic and international travel required.

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead customer onboarding and software implementation projects from Sales to Services.
• Own project schedules, work plans, scope, costs, risks, documentation, and status reporting.
• Coordinate internal teams, customer-facing teams, business partners, and third-party vendors.
• Gather and manage requirements, define project solutions, and guide delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Maintain regular customer communication, lead status meetings and workshops, and resolve urgent concerns.
• Build expertise in customer use cases and hirify.global products while supporting customer success and identifying improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• At least eight years of experience leading high-performance teams and/or implementation projects for enterprise packaged software.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer systems management, business, communications, or comparable experience.
• Strong project management, prioritization, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering, scope and change management, software delivery, and the SDLC.
• Solid technical background with current software development and web technologies, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills and the ability to influence executive and C-level stakeholders.

• Insurance software or insurance industry experience.

• Familiarity with Atlassian Suite, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
• Customer Success methodologies or experience.
