Implementation Manager (Cannabis SaaS)

What you will do

• Own implementations end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live, including configuration, data migration, and training.
• Manage 5–10 concurrent implementations with strong prioritization and project tracking.
• Lead structured customer calls, drive timelines, set expectations, and prevent scope creep.
• Build and execute implementation plans, checklists, and milestones, continuously improving them.
• Anticipate risks early, escalate with context, and create mitigation plans before go-live is impacted.
• Partner cross-functionally with Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or professional services with direct ownership of end-to-end implementations.
• Strong project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven record of delivering implementations on time.
• Strong project/time management and customer-facing communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to travel to customer locations as needed (often 3–4 trips/month currently) for onsite training and go-lives.

Nice to have

• Formal project management training or certification (PMP or similar).
• Experience in regulated or high-complexity environments (e.g., Cannabis tech, Fintech, Healthcare, ERP, Retail POS systems).
