Implementation Manager (Cannabis SaaS): Owning end-to-end customer implementations for a cannabis retail platform with an accent on state-specific compliance, tax configurations, and data migration. Location: This role is US-based and requires significant onsite work with 3–4 trips/month to customer locations for training and go-lives.

is a product-driven tech company building an all-in-one cannabis retail platform, combining POS, eCommerce, Marketing, Analytics, and Inventory Management into a single seamless solution for retailers.
What you will do
- Own implementations end-to-end, from kickoff through go-live, including configuration, data migration, and training.
- Manage 5–10 concurrent implementations with strong prioritization and project tracking.
- Lead structured customer calls, drive timelines, set expectations, and prevent scope creep.
- Build and execute implementation plans, checklists, and milestones, continuously improving them.
- Anticipate risks early, escalate with context, and create mitigation plans before go-live is impacted.
- Partner cross-functionally with Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Management.
Requirements
- 3–7+ years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or professional services with direct ownership of end-to-end implementations.
- Strong project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Proven record of delivering implementations on time.
- Strong project/time management and customer-facing communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to travel to customer locations as needed (often 3–4 trips/month currently) for onsite training and go-lives.
Nice to have
- Formal project management training or certification (PMP or similar).
- Experience in regulated or high-complexity environments (e.g., Cannabis tech, Fintech, Healthcare, ERP, Retail POS systems).
