Implementation Manager (SaaS)

A product-driven tech company building an all-in-one enterprise-grade cannabis retail platform combining POS, eCommerce, and inventory management.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end implementations from kickoff and configuration to data migration and go-live.
• Manage 5–10 concurrent implementations, driving timelines and preventing scope creep.
• Lead structured calls with C-suite executives and operations leads to set expectations and drive milestones.
• Troubleshoot technical configuration and workflow issues, escalating to Product and Engineering when necessary.
• Travel to customer locations (approx. 3–4 times/month) for onsite training and high-touch rollouts.
• Partner cross-functionally with Support, Sales, and Account Management to ensure smooth handoffs.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or professional services.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven ability to communicate confidently with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Strong background in technical troubleshooting, project management, and delivering on-time implementations.
• Ability to travel 3–4 times per month for onsite work.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with cannabis tech, retail POS, or dispensary management.
• Background in Fintech, Healthcare EMR, or ERP implementations.
• Experience with compliance, tax, or audit software.
