Digital Product Mentor (AI)

Location: Home-based in the UK with occasional travel to the London office. Applicants must be currently based in the UK and have the legal right to work there.

What you will do

• Deliver workshops, webinars, office hours, and individual or group mentoring for Digital Product Manager apprentices.
• Provide technical guidance, check-in sessions, general advice, and support for learner portfolio queries.
• Design engaging teaching and learning strategies and contribute to content development.
• Assess learner knowledge, skills, and behaviours, provide feedback, and monitor learner progress.
• Help learners build high-quality project portfolios and prepare for Gateway and the Apprenticeship End Point Assessment.
• Support quality assurance, standardisation, safeguarding, learner eligibility discussions, and continuous professional development.

Requirements

• Experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or a similar apprenticeship-focused role.
• Relevant technical qualifications, industry experience, and at least a Level 4 qualification in the subject area, or an equivalent product management certification such as CPM or CSPO.
• Experience with user-centred design principles and methodologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, product management, digital product or service delivery, business analysis, and process modelling.
• Experience in digital leadership or change management, with the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, follow procedures, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Current UK residence and legal right to work in the UK are required.
