Product Manager – Data, Automation & AI (Data, Automation & AI): Leading the Global Trade Services transformation roadmap and portfolio of data, automation, and AI initiatives across Europe with an accent on business value, cross-functional delivery, and operational efficiency. Focus on prioritizing complex capabilities, coordinating analysts, data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders, and ensuring measurable benefits from technology investments.
Location: Hybrid roles based in Portugal, Ireland, Poland, Spain, or the United Kingdom; willingness to travel within Europe approximately 25% is required.

What you will do
- Define and execute the Global Trade Services Data, Automation & AI vision, strategy, and transformation roadmap.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation, analytics, and AI use cases linked to efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
- Own the portfolio backlog and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and achieve expected business benefits.
- Coordinate Business Analysts, Automation & AI Engineers, Data Scientists, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
- Manage dependencies, remove delivery obstacles, and communicate vision, progress, risks, and achievements.
- Contribute to governance, delivery frameworks, innovation, experimentation, change management, and technology adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Program Management, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven experience delivering complex cross-functional initiatives and connecting technology investments to business value.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile or product-led delivery environments.
- Fluency in English, written and verbal, and willingness to travel within Europe approximately 25%.
Nice to have
- Experience with Data & Analytics, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent automation concepts.
- Product Management certification such as Pragmatic, SAFe, Scrum Product Owner, or PMI.
- Experience with portfolio management, benefits realization, and value measurement.
- Experience in logistics, customs clearance, supply chain, or international trade.
