AI Product & Delivery Manager x3

Location: London, United Kingdom — hybrid, with 1–2 days onsite per week

What you will do

• Lead user research, stakeholder workshops, and requirements gathering for AI products and initiatives.
• Manage product backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritisation for AI tools and platforms.
• Work with engineering teams to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• Manage multiple AI projects and ensure delivery to agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Support the rollout and adoption of AI products across markets and business teams.
• Deliver training and guidance while promoting AI awareness and best practices across the organisation.

Requirements

• Experience in product or delivery management within AI, digital, or technology environments.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their business applications.
• Proven experience managing backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritisation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments.
• Excellent communication, organisation, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering solutions across multiple markets or business units.
• Experience implementing AI tools in corporate functions such as HR, Finance, or Legal.
• Experience working with shared platforms, tooling, or infrastructure.
