Focus on managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical engineering teams.

Location: Hybrid (1-2 days onsite per week in London, UK)

What you will do

• Lead user research, workshops, and requirements gathering with internal stakeholders.
• Own and manage the product backlog and roadmap for AI tools and platforms.
• Translate business needs into deliverable solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Manage multiple AI projects ensuring delivery within time, scope, and quality.
• Support the rollout of AI products across different markets and teams.
• Drive AI adoption through training sessions and organizational advocacy.

Requirements

• Experience in product or delivery management within AI, digital, or technology environments.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their business application.
• Proven experience managing backlogs, roadmaps, and prioritization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering solutions across multiple markets or business units.
• Exposure to building or implementing AI tools in corporate functions (e.g., HR, Finance, Legal).
• Experience working on shared platforms, tooling, or infrastructure.
