Account Executive (Strategic Partnership): Managing and growing a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers across North America with an accent on strengthening long-standing relationships and identifying expansion opportunities. Location: Hybrid-flexible role with a preference for candidates based in New York, Toronto, or the Northeastern United States.

Salary: $165,000 – $195,000 USD (Base salary with 50/50 split).

What you will do

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive recurring revenue.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executive stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans focused on retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with Product, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success teams to align on customer needs.
  • Guide business transformation by helping clients leverage technology and data.
  • Manage complex sales cycles with disciplined forecasting and executive-level communication.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to New York, Toronto, or the Northeastern US.
  • Proven experience in enterprise account management within SaaS, technology, or complex solution-based environments.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly for customer sites and industry events across North America.
