Salary: $165,000 – $195,000 USD (Base salary with 50/50 split).

What you will do
- Manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive recurring revenue.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executive stakeholders.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans focused on retention and growth.
- Collaborate with Product, Solutions Consulting, and Customer Success teams to align on customer needs.
- Guide business transformation by helping clients leverage technology and data.
- Manage complex sales cycles with disciplined forecasting and executive-level communication.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to New York, Toronto, or the Northeastern US.
- Proven experience in enterprise account management within SaaS, technology, or complex solution-based environments.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to travel regularly for customer sites and industry events across North America.
