Operations Program Manager (Supply Chain Transformation)

Location: European markets and distribution sites; regular travel across European markets and distribution sites is required.

What you will do

• Translate the Operations strategy into a sequenced transformation plan with clear outcomes, owners, milestones, and accountabilities.
• Own the Group Operations transformation portfolio across 14 countries, managing scope, dependencies, resources, critical paths, and risks.
• Direct cross-market and cross-functional teams from strategic intent through execution and adoption, including initiatives without a natural single owner.
• Hold senior leaders and teams accountable for delivery without formal line authority, challenging priorities and recommending trade-offs when required.
• Ensure transformation initiatives have quantified baselines, financial ownership, and measurable benefits agreed with Finance.
• Drive measurable improvements in OPEX, working capital, customer service, operating standards, and execution discipline.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience personally leading complex, multi-country business transformations from strategy definition through execution and sustainable adoption.
• Demonstrated delivery of quantified financial and operational value.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and operations, including warehousing, transport, planning, master data, and Operations IT.
• Strong program and portfolio management capabilities, including baselining, benefit tracking, dependency management, and risk management.
• English at C1 professional level; regular travel across European markets and distribution sites is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in medtech, pharma, or another regulated distribution environment.
• Dutch or German language skills.
