What you will do

• Own and guide complex implementation programs across multiple functional areas, including partner-delivered projects.
• Lead project management activities, change execution, risk mitigation, escalations, and delivery governance.
• Manage project and program financial performance, internal financial processes, and customer-facing financial discussions.
• Support professional services sales, including commercial discussions, scoping, estimating, and reviewing Statements of Work.
• Guide customer decisions on best practices, customizations, product value, and implementation approaches across RELEX product areas.
• Build executive relationships, communicate business value, support upsell and cross-sell discussions, and coach delivery teams.

Requirements

• Expert understanding of project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall.
• Expert-level knowledge of retail, wholesale, or CPG in the Japan market.
• Experience with supply chain, merchandise and category management, or store operations.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder discussions and influence customer C-level decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of customer processes, KPI practices, value drivers, project financials, and implementation approaches.
• Broad project management, industry, and managerial experience sufficient to coach and mentor delivery teams.
