Production Technician, 1st Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Moorpark, California, United States; 1st shift starts at 4:00 a.m., with 10–12-hour shifts. Weekend, holiday, overtime, and schedule flexibility may be required.

Salary: $19.65 per hour; an 8% shift premium is listed for 2nd shift. Pay increases may be available after skills proficiency and training completion.

What you will do

• Perform line assembly operations for pool products using Lean Manufacturing Methodologies.
• Correctly handle and document parts throughout production.
• Rotate across production-line stations and perform varied manufacturing operations.
• Pack small components and complete packaging operations.
• Use fine hand manipulation and department hand tools, including air guns, screwdrivers, wrenches, and power hand tools.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment and in production or assembly work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, twist at the waist, and lift up to 30 pounds from floor to waist consistently throughout the shift.
• Steel-toed footwear is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
