F-16 Systems Principal (Test Pilot)

What you will do

• Support F-16 USAF and Foreign Military Sales systems integration, configuration analysis, acquisition strategies, and requirements development.
• Provide program, test, and systems engineering support for F-16 Operational Flight Program software development, testing, and fielding.
• Develop and review test documentation, including TEMPs, master test plans, and DT&E/OT&E test plans and reports.
• Resolve ground and flight-test anomalies across software, hardware, sensors, weapons, avionics, and other integrated systems.
• Support flight-test resource scheduling, cost estimating, integrated schedules, contracting, and program execution.
• Support radar, avionics, weapons, flight controls, SEEK EAGLE stores certification, information assurance, anti-tamper, and program protection activities.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Master’s or doctoral degree with 20 years of related experience, including 12 years in the DoD; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree with 25 years of experience, including 15 years in the DoD, or 30 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, including 20 years in the DoD.
• 15 years of F-16 fighter weapons systems integration program office experience with detailed knowledge of USAF and FMS configurations.
• Military Test Pilot with multidisciplinary expertise in program management, test management, systems engineering, test cost estimating, integrated master schedule development, F-16 aircraft systems, configurations, and flight-test operations.
• At least 10 years of F-16 test cost estimating and fighter-platform flight-test management experience, plus 10 years of QRC support experience.
• At least five years of Microsoft Project experience developing integrated schedules and knowledge of F-16 development and fielded systems.
