NAMER - MASP Planner (Logistics)

What you will do

• Analyze, prepare, and forecast service logistics costs for new business through opportunity and bid reviews.
• Develop MASP plans by analyzing service-level agreements and customer sparing requirements.
• Implement logistics programs, processes, and initiatives affecting financial, operational, and service-level results.
• Coordinate logistics support for new and existing local, global, and regional customer accounts.
• Plan field inventory activities to maximize service levels, optimize asset utilization, and minimize inventory investment.
• Lead a team of MASP analysts, including objective setting, performance reviews, training, and onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in IT service planning, cost forecasting, and spares management.
• Basic understanding of logistics, inventory management, and planning principles.
• Experience in inventory planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and team leadership or people management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, planning, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access, and Project.

Nice to have

• APICS or related qualifications.
• Experience with a large multinational company and a large CRM system.
