What you will do

• Plan and optimize international transportation solutions while balancing service levels, costs, business requirements, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate end-to-end shipments with internal stakeholders, warehouses, hubs, ports, and external transportation providers.
• Track shipment milestones, identify delays or disruptions, and implement solutions to minimize operational impact.
• Execute shipment costing and ensure compliance with freight contracts, procurement guidelines, and internal control policies.
• Apply transportation SOPs, work instructions, lane specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze transport performance and identify opportunities to improve service quality, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or international operations; relevant internships are also considered.
• Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for collaboration with international teams and external partners.
• English proficiency, written and spoken, is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of transport planning, shipment coordination, and freight operations.
• Experience with SAP or other Transportation Management or ERP systems.
