Senior Capture Manager (Defense)

What you will do

• Create and implement Defense and Military business development strategies.
• Identify, research, qualify, and prioritize new business opportunities and capture pipelines.
• Lead pre-award capture lifecycles, including competitive analysis, teaming discussions, negotiations, and proposal development.
• Develop capture strategies for large-scale Defense and Military IDIQ contracts and targeted task-order opportunities.
• Lead proposal teams in developing winning themes, competitive pricing, and clear responses to customer requirements.
• Build relationships across industry and government while mentoring Capture Analysts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience capturing accounts, forming teams, and growing business with the federal and Department of Defense government sector preferred.
• Experience across the full capture lifecycle, from opportunity identification and bid/no-bid decisions through teaming, negotiations, and proposal development.
• Experience managing captures for large IDIQ vehicles such as GSA OASIS+, GSA Alliant, GSA MAS, VA T4NG, or similar contracts.
• Knowledge of federal agencies and strong relationships within relevant Federal IT and intelligence industry groups.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology, business, management, engineering, or a relevant federal contracting field.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, require no sponsorship, and be able to obtain a DoD security clearance.
