What you will do

• Lead complex e-commerce projects and multidisciplinary teams from planning and prioritisation through delivery and growth.
• Build trusted client relationships and advise on e-commerce, technology and business priorities.
• Translate client objectives into clear roadmaps, scopes and priorities.
• Create the structure and conditions for designers, developers and specialists to deliver high-quality work.
• Manage account budgets, forecasts, scope, timelines and commercial opportunities.
• Lead client workshops, presentations, proposals and recommendations.

Requirements

• Several years of experience leading digital projects and client relationships, preferably in an agency or consultancy.
• Strong e-commerce experience and understanding of technology, integrations and modern digital commerce.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across design, development and strategy.
• Consultative approach with the confidence to advise, challenge and guide clients.
• Commercial experience in account management, sales, scoping and growing existing client relationships.
• Professional fluency in English and Swedish.
