What you will do

• Lead software and electronics development projects within Function & Software Defined Vehicle.
• Manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple transportation-related domains.
• Build trust, align stakeholders, and guide diverse engineering teams toward shared objectives.
• Translate complex information into clear plans, decisions, and actionable direction.
• Drive issue resolution and manage risks in a dynamic project environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with strong delivery outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Broad technical understanding across multiple transportation industry domains.
• Ability to structure complex information, address challenges, and drive resolution.
• Strong risk management skills in dynamic project environments.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent academic background.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with autonomous systems or active safety.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262.
