Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Gothenburg (Hybrid).
• Broad technical understanding of the transportation industry.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to guide diverse teams.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent academic background.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience in autonomous systems or active safety.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262.
