Functional Consultant/ Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer implementation projects, including planning, resourcing, milestones, and budgets.
• Guide customers through solution design, deployment, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
• Configure hirify.global solutions according to customer requirements and implementation best practices.
• Analyze existing spend management processes and drive optimization initiatives.
• Facilitate customer workshops, deliver training, and support UAT.
• Maintain solution documentation, specifications, change requests, and stakeholder reporting.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT system implementations, preferably in cloud-based or SaaS environments as a functional consultant.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and implementation methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks while maintaining quality and control.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, business-focused, and results-driven approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with spend management solutions or consulting projects.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, Finance & Operations, Dynamics NAV, Business Central, SAP, or Infor M3.
