Project Leader Events & Communication

What you will do

• Lead strategic events, VIP visits, and stakeholder engagements from concept through execution.
• Manage project plans, agendas, logistics, budgets, timelines, and communications.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to create visit programs and event content.
• Coordinate on-site activities and deliver a professional visitor experience.
• Develop presentations, communication materials, and messaging that support event objectives.
• Improve event processes, tools, and visitor experience while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• University degree in Communications, Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in event management, project management, communications, or a similar role.
• Excellent event management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Experience working with senior leaders and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to learn technical tools quickly, and experience with AI tools.
