Bid Manager

Location: Hybrid in Nacka Strand, Sweden

What you will do

• Lead strategic tender projects from kickoff through submission.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and other support functions.
• Write and refine compliant, competitive bid content.
• Ensure tender responses meet requirements, quality standards, and agreed timelines.
• Provide structured handovers for won tenders and evaluate unsuccessful bids to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
• Several years of experience leading complex bids, tenders, proposals, or similar cross-functional business opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish public procurement law (LOU).
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Required languages: Swedish and English.
