Strategic People & Business Partner (m/f/d)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; flexible hybrid setup with 2 office days per week. The position is limited to one year. Work-from-anywhere is available for up to 4 weeks per year.

What you will do

• Partner with leaders and employees in a dedicated Warsaw business area.
• Support the development of high-performing, lean, and efficient teams.
• Promote feedback-driven and performance-oriented practices and help revamp organisational structures.
• Drive people engagement and organisational development initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional people and culture topics with the global People & Culture team and centres of excellence.
• Analyse people data and feedback, and support onboarding, development, leadership coaching, lifecycle feedback, engagement, and recognition activities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in People & Culture or project management.
• Understanding of HR metrics and interest in data-informed decision-making.
• Experience with Polish labour law and organisational restructuring.
• Proactive, independent approach with ownership and willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and stakeholder trust-building abilities.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
