What you will do

• Design and deploy comprehensive talent, workforce planning, and organizational design initiatives.
• Guide senior leaders through major business transformations, including M&A and organizational redesigns.
• Act as a primary advisor and integrator between global HR and Eurasia corporate functions.
• Provide objective coaching to senior leaders on complex people-related matters.
• Foster corporate culture through engagement, retention strategies, and DEI initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to design and deploy scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of strategic HR experience with a strong background in business partnering.
• Direct experience guiding organizations through carve-outs, IPOs, or M&A/due diligence.
• Proven experience working in a complex, multi-national or global corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration required; MBA preferred.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and operate as a senior individual contributor.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative workstyle across geographies.
