HR Business Partner / Senior HR Business Partner (Gamedev)

Location: Hybrid role requiring work from the Warsaw office a few days per week; candidates based near Warsaw or willing to relocate are preferred.

hirify.global is an independent game studio founded by industry veterans and developing AAA dark fantasy RPG titles, including The Blood of Dawnwalker.

What you will do

• Partner with managers and team leads on day-to-day people management and employee-related matters.
• Handle complex employee relations cases, performance issues, organizational changes, and exits.
• Advise managers on Polish labor law, internal policies, and HR best practices.
• Use HR data and observations to identify people-related risks and recommend actions.
• Develop HR processes, policies, job descriptions, grading, salary benchmarks, and compensation communications.
• Support performance management, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews in cooperation with HR and Legal.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a broad HR role, such as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or HR Generalist, preferably in game development, technology, or another fast-moving organization.
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, employment termination processes, and collaboration with HR Operations or Payroll.
• Good working knowledge of Polish labor law.
• Very good written and spoken Polish and English.
• Background in psychology, HR management, law, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, sound judgment, independence, and adaptability.

Nice to have

• Training in coaching, facilitation, mediation, communication, or soft-skills training.
• Experience improving performance evaluation, employee development, HR metrics, or people analytics.
• Experience supporting organizational change, company growth, senior leadership, or Management Boards.
