HR Director (with German) (German Labor Law and Strategic HR): Leading the people strategy for Capgemini Poland across talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational transformation with an accent on German labor law, works council collaboration, and international stakeholder partnership. Focus on designing organizational capabilities, supporting restructures and change initiatives, and advising senior leaders on people-related risks and business decisions.
Location: Opole, Kielce, Poznan, Wrocław, Katowice, Kraków, Gdańsk, Lublin, Warszawa, or Bydgoszcz, Poland

What you will do
- Define and execute an integrated people agenda aligned with business priorities, growth objectives, and workforce needs.
- Lead talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and retention strategies.
- Manage workforce planning, organizational design, transformation, restructures, and workforce transitions.
- Advise senior stakeholders on leadership effectiveness, employee relations, engagement, workforce trends, and people-related risks.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, HR Operations, and other HR functions to ensure consistent HR delivery.
- Ensure compliance with German labor law, works council requirements, and policies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR leadership or strategic HR Business Partner experience in international organizations.
- Strong knowledge of German labor law, employee relations, and works council collaboration.
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing business and people decisions.
- Experience in talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, organizational effectiveness, and business transformation.
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, international, and matrix environment, with strong stakeholder management, consulting, and leadership coaching skills.
- Fluent German and English, with a minimum C1 level. Understanding of German business culture is required.
