What you will do

• Build and maintain data-driven People Agendas in partnership with C-level leaders of Tech and Product functions.
• Advise on growth strategies to ensure retention of high-potential employees and address low performance.
• Facilitate employee engagement action planning and monitor trends to adapt people strategies.
• Identify talent development gaps and collaborate with the Talent team to implement value-add solutions.
• Coach senior leaders on HR programs and processes to ensure successful implementation and ownership.
• Partner with leaders and employees to resolve complex employee relations issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or Management.
• 7-10 years of HR experience in international companies, with at least 4 years as an HRBP.
• Proven experience partnering with C-Level stakeholders and managing large teams (100+ people).
• Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset for informed decision making.
• Ability to work independently and agilely in a structured environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
