P&O Business Partner (Logistics)

Location: Głuchów, near Łódź, Poland; hybrid work with 2 home-office days per week

What you will do

• Advise logistics management on staff-related topics and coordinate with external providers, central HR in Berlin, onsite logistics partners, and legal teams.
• Administer and verify payroll with external service providers, while managing personnel files and HR systems.
• Use people KPIs and employee survey data to identify insights and implement actions that strengthen business-unit health.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to define roles, prepare job postings, structure interviews, and support recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide guidance on performance management, compensation and benefits, career development, and other people topics.
• Support ad hoc office and HR projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of HR business partnering experience or 6 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in an international logistics or production organization.
• Solid practical knowledge of Polish employment law and social security systems.
• Experience processing payroll information with external service providers and managing HR administration.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and ambiguous environment, with strong consulting, influencing, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use people data insights effectively.
• Excellent Polish and English communication skills are essential.
