Location: Verona, Italy; onsite at the Verona plant

What you will do

  • Prepare and position components for welding according to technical specifications.
  • Perform MIG, MAG, and TIG welding on 304L and 316 stainless steel.
  • Read mechanical drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct visual inspections and self-checks to identify quality deviations.
  • Coordinate materials, tools, and workflow priorities with warehouse and production teams.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Experience with welding activities in industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and use measuring instruments and hand tools.
  • Knowledge of MIG, MAG, and TIG welding techniques.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and basic digital tools; SAP knowledge is appreciated.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality and safety.

Nice to have

  • Welding certifications.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
