What you will do

• Define logistics and assembly processes using Lean manufacturing concepts, while creating and maintaining work instructions.
• Support operators through training, improve throughput, reduce cycle time, and identify and resolve production constraints.
• Develop reliable systems for sustaining operations and ensuring effective information flow across manufacturing processes.
• Represent production in new product introduction projects and collaborate with shop-floor personnel, Engineering, R&D, Purchasing, suppliers, and production teams.
• Specify, evaluate, select, and implement equipment and fixtures, including installation, operation, and performance qualification.
• Drive continuous improvement, waste reduction, 5S standardization, and critical process data analysis.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent education and work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and a scientific approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to drive continuous process improvement and organize projects effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience with common IT tools, including AutoCAD.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of experience in a Lean-oriented manufacturing environment.
