TL;DR
Manufacturing Engineering (CAD/Lean Manufacturing): Designing, implementing, and documenting shop-floor manufacturing processes for electromechanical products with an accent on continuous improvement, engineering best practices, and production efficiency. Focus on analyzing and resolving manufacturing problems, supporting audits, and implementing new processes and equipment during factory transformation.
Location: Porcari, Italy; full-time onsite position

What you will do
- Design, implement, and document shop-floor manufacturing processes.
- Drive continuous improvement of production activities and processes during factory transformation.
- Apply engineering best practices and propose new processes and equipment where beneficial.
- Participate in audits and provide technical support to production operations.
- Analyze manufacturing problems and implement effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager and production team while working independently on assigned improvements.
Requirements
- Experience using CAD software, particularly Solid Edge.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience in an engineering manufacturing environment involving electromechanical products.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and knowledge of VBA programming.
- Good command of English at B1βB2 level; fluent English is required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
