Location: Porcari, Italy; full-time onsite position

What you will do

• Design, implement, and document shop-floor manufacturing processes.
• Drive continuous improvement of production activities and processes during factory transformation.
• Apply engineering best practices and propose new processes and equipment where beneficial.
• Participate in audits and provide technical support to production operations.
• Analyze manufacturing problems and implement effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager and production team while working independently on assigned improvements.

Requirements

• Experience using CAD software, particularly Solid Edge.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Experience in an engineering manufacturing environment involving electromechanical products.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and knowledge of VBA programming.
• Good command of English at B1–B2 level; fluent English is required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
