Internship - Mechanical Industrialization (Electrification)

Internship - Mechanical Industrialization (Electrification): Supporting product rationalization and the definition of assembly and testing cycles with an accent on cost optimization and production efficiency. Focus on conducting technical and economic feasibility analyses of moulds and optimizing assembly line balancing.

Location: Hybrid in Dalmine, Bergamo, Italy

What you will do

• Support product and OEM KIT rationalization activities.
• Define assembly and testing cycles in cooperation with Production and Quality departments.
• Analyze production data using SAP-MES systems.
• Perform assembly time recording, budgeting, and assembly line balancing.
• Conduct product analysis for series production and cost optimization in cooperation with R&D.
• Execute technical and economic feasibility analyses for punching, bending, and plastic moulding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree student in Electrotechnic, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Management, or Physics Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in both Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Dalmine, Italy.

• Knowledge of SAP.
