Senior Analyst, Technology Product Management

What you will do

• Gather, document, and analyze business, process, and system requirements across scientific, technology, and operational initiatives.
• Translate stakeholder needs into requirements, process maps, workflows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project documentation.
• Partner with scientists, product teams, software developers, data organizations, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops, and working sessions to build shared understanding and align scientific and technology delivery teams.
• Analyze current-state processes and contribute to future-state workflows, operating models, organizational change, and technology adoption.
• Help establish business analysis standards, templates, reusable assets, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, business process analysis, consulting, technology delivery, scientific operations, or a related discipline.
• Ability to gather information, analyze problems, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative and cross-functional environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, research, or scientific organizations.
• Experience with laboratory, scientific, automation, data, artificial intelligence, or digital technology environments.
• Experience creating process documentation, requirements documentation, user stories, or business workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile, product-oriented, or hybrid delivery approaches.
• Business analysis certifications, professional organization participation, or industry community involvement.
