Product Owner (AI)

What you will do

• Own roadmap feature execution, managing scope, delivery timelines, and alignment with business goals.
• Translate product roadmap items into clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and sequencing.
• Collaborate with developers and technical leads to clarify requirements, remove blockers, and ensure delivery readiness.
• Use AI-enabled tools for backlog grooming, customer insight analysis, and story creation.
• Track sprint progress, identify risks, support team velocity, and communicate trade-offs and delivery updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or software delivery.
• Experience working in Agile environments and using backlog management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Aha!.
• Ability to translate product strategy and roadmaps into actionable development work.
• Experience collaborating with developers and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to apply AI and technology to improve workflows, delivery quality, and product value.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner certification or equivalent Agile certification.
• Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering, or low-code platforms.
• Experience in healthcare, B2B SaaS, or digital platforms.
