Procurement Business Process Improvement Senior Manager

Location: Rosemead, California, US; hybrid work with required reporting to an SCE facility, and residence in California unless otherwise noted.

Salary: $161,700–$242,600 annually

What you will do

• Drive large-scale procurement business process improvements across energy and supply-chain operations.
• Lead digital transformation and AI adoption, including decision-support, spend-intelligence, analytics, and reporting systems.
• Develop performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement remediation plans.
• Manage transportation and logistics for goods and services, coordinating with internal customers, suppliers, and business units.
• Develop purchase agreements, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate legal approval.
• Build long-term procurement strategies using company data, market trends, commodity pricing, supplier quality, and cost-reduction opportunities.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience supervising direct reports and/or managing projects.
• Experience in supply chain, inventory performance management, or materials procurement.
• Valid Class C Driver’s License.
• Experience with data analytics, procurement platforms, data governance, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience integrating business and technology solutions, including SAP, Ariba, or related platforms.
• Must work and reside in California unless otherwise noted.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business, analytics, finance, engineering, information systems, or supply chain management.
• Experience with S2P/P2P platforms, SAP ECC, Ariba, enterprise analytics, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, predictive models, or automated decisioning.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, CPM, or CPSM certification.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior and executive stakeholders.
