Sr. HR Business Partner (Aerospace & Defense)

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs, employee behaviors, and performance indicators aligned with business goals.
• Advise leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, progressive documentation, engagement, retention, and organizational development.
• Facilitate talent development sessions and support HR, leadership development, performance review, and career growth programs.
• Partner with talent acquisition and management teams on hiring decisions, candidate selection, salary analysis, and organizational equity.
• Lead annual merit, bonus, and off-cycle compensation processes for assigned client groups.
• Use HR data and Excel analysis to identify trends and develop recommendations.

Requirements

• Senior-level HR business partnering experience in a complex organization.
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, compensation, engagement, retention, and organizational development.
• Knowledge of Federal and California employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting talent development, leadership development, and training programs.
• Strong analytical skills, including HR data analysis and Excel.
• Must be available for the direct-hire role in Palmdale, California.
