Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (Aerospace)

Salary: $115,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and core HR functions.
• Partner with senior leaders on workforce analytics, organizational optimization, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with HR functional experts to optimize recruiting, compensation, and benefits programs.
• Facilitate internal transfers and promotions, and conduct exit interviews to identify retention trends.
• Develop, document, and implement HR policies, programs, and processes.
• Manage employee files and process HR transactions within Workday.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of professional human resources experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee, or asylee to comply with ITAR regulations.
• Must be based in or relocate to Redmond, WA.

Nice to have

• Experience in engineering, production, or manufacturing environments supporting exempt and hourly workforces.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse, UltiPro, and/or Workday.
• Proven ability to independently handle complex employee relations issues.
