What you will do

• Serve as the London office site leader and UK regional HR Business Partner.
• Align talent strategies with business priorities and advise leaders across functions.
• Support organizational design, team scaling, and workforce planning during rapid growth.
• Provide counsel on complex employee matters, employee relations, risk mitigation, and compliance.
• Build scalable HR programs covering performance management, career development, training, and employee engagement.
• Use people metrics and analytics to guide decisions and partner with North American HR and HR centers of excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in high-growth technology environments such as AI, SaaS, or deep tech.
• Deep business acumen and experience supporting organizations through rapid growth and change.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong judgment in managing complex and nuanced employee matters.
• Ability to lead through influence, manage ambiguity, and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills across functions and geographies.
