What you will do

• Act as a strategic sparring partner for General Managers and leaders across EMEA on organizational and leadership topics.
• Translate business goals into effective people strategies, overseeing workforce planning and talent management.
• Support business growth, organizational change, and the development of high-performing teams.
• Utilize HR and business data to drive informed decision-making and evolve a data-driven HRBP approach.
• Provide expert advice on labor law and employee-related matters to ensure compliant and sustainable solutions.
• Drive the development of role architectures, succession planning frameworks, and the integration of AI into HR processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international environment, ideally supporting multiple countries.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to align people strategies with commercial objectives.
• Data-driven mindset with an affinity for leveraging AI-powered solutions to increase efficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence without formal authority.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
