What you will do

• Act as a strategic HR partner to General Managers and leaders across EMEA markets.
• Translate business objectives into people strategies covering organizational development, talent management, workforce planning, and leadership.
• Support business growth, transformation, organizational change, and the development of high-performing teams.
• Use HR and business data to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
• Advise on employee, organizational, and labor law matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Lead international HR projects and develop role architectures, talent processes, and succession planning frameworks.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Several years of HR Business Partner experience in an international environment, ideally across multiple countries or business units.
• Experience advising leaders on organizational, talent, and leadership topics, with strong business acumen.
• Data-driven mindset and affinity for modern technologies, including AI-powered HR solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, influencing, prioritization, integrity, and discretion.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken, are required.
