Documentation Engineer II (Headless CMS)

hirify.global provides a headless CMS that helps marketers and developers create and publish structured content across websites, apps, AI search, and other digital experiences.

What you will do

• Become an authority on hirify.global and headless CMS architecture for developers, partner agencies, and customers.
• Create and maintain developer tutorials, guides, FAQs, and API documentation.
• Write sample applications, prototypes, and code samples demonstrating hirify.global features and headless content management.
• Collaborate with teams to keep product, process, and training information accurate and accessible.
• Help teammates resolve blockers and occasionally mentor colleagues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web development.
• Proven technical writing and documentation experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with CMS platforms and thorough knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework, such as Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte, and of Git.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, critical-thinking, independent-working, and technical-learning skills, plus AI literacy.

Nice to have

• Experience with headless CMS platforms.
• Experience with GraphQL APIs.
