Technical Content Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own the self-service content engine, including the knowledge base and configuration guide library.
• Rank and prioritize the knowledge base backlog based on support ticket volume and engagement data.
• Develop lifecycle email content, including onboarding sequences and win-back tracks.
• Measure content performance through click-through rates, ticket deflection, and product adoption metrics.
• Maintain a clean docs-as-code workflow using markdown and git.

Requirements

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Boston, MA (Hybrid)

• 3+ years of technical writing or developer enablement experience for developer-facing products.
• Hands-on experience reading configuration files and running setup flows to create documentation.
• Proficiency in docs-as-code workflows including markdown, git, and review cycles.
• Ability to prioritize content based on data such as support tickets and search queries.
• Experience measuring content performance and iterating based on results.

Nice to have

• Experience writing for code review, CI/CD, or developer tooling audiences.
• Lifecycle email experience on a marketing automation platform.
• Familiarity with AI tooling and its application in similar roles.
• Experience with short-form video or interactive tutorial production.
