Product Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Identify new feature opportunities with Sales, Marketing, and other prospect-facing teams.
• Interpret and prioritise customer community-led developments to support adoption and satisfaction.
• Prioritise features and contribute to the product roadmap for existing and prospective customers.
• Plan, design, and document functional requirements, including user stories and wireframes.
• Review features throughout development cycles with Product Engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor market, competition, and technology trends and suggest platform improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience documenting functional requirements and creating wireframes for a SaaS product.
• Experience consulting and working with key accounts is preferred.
• Demonstrable leadership skills.
