Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders on product vision, strategy, roadmap, and objectives.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog to maximise customer and business value.
• Lead market research, customer feedback activities, surveys, and product discovery.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria and guide design decisions around customer experience.
• Lead a cross-functional squad of engineers, designers, and delivery resources.
• Build product analytics, run experiments, analyse results, and use AI-powered tools for research, ideation, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Experience shaping and delivering customer-focused products, services, or digital solutions.
• Experience working with software development teams and understanding the software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with mobile-first applications.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, balance priorities, and make data-driven decisions.

• Experience in financial services or fintech.
