Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: UK. Remote and flexible work is available, with occasional travel in the UK or Ireland for client meetings and workshops.

What you will do

• Translate client business strategy into product strategy, actionable roadmaps, and prioritised backlogs.
• Lead product ideation, discovery, feature development, MVPs, phased releases, launches, and ongoing product lifecycle management.
• Write epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and maintain Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, designers, Tech Leads, and client teams throughout agile delivery.
• Support SaaS platforms and third-party integrations while monitoring risks, changes, customer feedback, requirements, and issues.
• Provide market, competitor, technical innovation, product marketing, analytics, and KPI/OKR insights.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of commercial experience delivering products at a senior level, specialising in product ownership and management.
• Hands-on experience delivering products in an agile environment with engineers and designers.
• Experience with early-stage products, new product development, and product modernisation from discovery through MVP launch and beyond.
• Ability to lead product discovery workshops, define customer journeys, create roadmaps, and prioritise backlogs.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and mature product judgment.
• Professional proficiency in English; occasional travel in the UK or Ireland may be required.
