What you will do
- Define product strategy, roadmaps, scope, plans, resources, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Partner with Engineering and Compliance stakeholders to translate product strategy into technical execution.
- Conduct current-state assessments, job shadowing, requirements gathering, and user research.
- Manage user requirements, product backlogs, sprint execution, product launches, and stakeholder prioritization.
- Coordinate reporting, functional sign-off, integrated application impacts, and production releases.
- Monitor product usage and performance after launch while maintaining connectivity with the user community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Operations, Change Management, or Project/Program Management, including technical product vision, design, and launch strategy.
- Experience owning a backlog and working with product management, engineering, user experience, and user research functions.
- Working knowledge of financial markets and products.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and work effectively in a global, multitasking environment.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
