What you will do

• Own a key product area and balance strategic direction with hands-on execution alongside the Head of Product.
• Research user needs through qualitative research, stakeholder collaboration, and data analysis.
• Drive initiatives from discovery through launch, resolving blockers and supporting implementation.
• Translate user, business, and operational needs into clear requirements with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Operations, and Commercial teams.
• Prioritise the backlog across new functionality, user experience, technical constraints, and platform improvements.
• Define success metrics, evaluate product performance, and use AI tools to accelerate discovery and delivery.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex web-based SaaS products in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
• Strong prioritisation, product judgement, analytical thinking, and delivery skills.
• Hands-on experience shipping products and working closely with engineering and design teams.
• Strong technical fluency, requirements communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with user research, data-informed prioritisation, wireframes, user flows, and agile product development.
• Understanding of AI fundamentals, responsible AI product development, and AI-assisted workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience in HR Tech, recruitment technology, ATS platforms, or people operations tooling.
• Experience with AI-assisted product development or prototyping tools such as Claude, Lovable, or Cursor.
• Experience working in complex or legacy product ecosystems.
