is a Series A HR technology startup building an AI-native end-to-end hiring platform with interview intelligence, skills assessments, and an AI interview agent.
What you will do
- Own a key product area and balance strategic direction with hands-on delivery and operational coordination.
- Research user needs through qualitative research, stakeholder collaboration, and data analysis.
- Drive initiatives from discovery through launch, resolving blockers and supporting implementation.
- Translate user, business, and operational needs into clear requirements with Engineering, Commercial, Design, Data Science, Operations, and Product teams.
- Prioritise the backlog across new functionality, experience improvements, technical constraints, and platform enhancements.
- Define success metrics, evaluate product performance, and use AI tools to accelerate discovery and delivery.
Requirements
- Experience managing complex web-based SaaS products in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
- Strong product prioritisation, execution, delivery, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Technical fluency and confidence working closely with engineering teams; an engineering background or product-engineering mindset is valued.
- Ability to define and communicate requirements, create wireframes and user flows, and operate effectively amid ambiguity and evolving priorities.
- Understanding of AI fundamentals and responsible AI product development, including experience using AI tools and workflows.
- Experience with agile product development in remote or distributed teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in HR Tech, recruitment technology, ATS platforms, or people operations tooling.
- Experience with AI-assisted product development or prototyping tools such as Claude, Lovable, or Cursor.
- Experience working within complex or legacy product ecosystems.
