What you will do

• Drive operational transformation initiatives across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering, from problem identification through implementation and adoption.
• Stabilize, optimize, and continuously improve PLM, MES, and ERP systems and their connected workflows.
• Establish governance structures, KPI frameworks, performance management mechanisms, and reporting processes.
• Analyze operational bottlenecks and improve throughput, quality, scalability, cost efficiency, and execution speed.
• Strengthen the digital thread connecting product, process, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality data.
• Support AI, automation, analytics, and change management initiatives across Operations.

Requirements

• First professional experience in operations, consulting, digital transformation, manufacturing, business systems, project management, or a related field.
• Strong interest in operational excellence, enterprise systems, digital transformation, and the PLM-MES-ERP environment.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop pragmatic solutions, and drive implementation in fast-moving environments.
• Experience working across stakeholders and functions while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required. Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, engineering, or operational business processes is expected.

Nice to have

• Experience with PLM, MES, ERP, manufacturing systems, operational analytics, or business process transformation.
• Exposure to aerospace, defence, automotive, advanced manufacturing, or another engineering-driven environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Enterprise-scale transformation, change management, or international project experience.
• Willingness to travel and fluent German skills.
