Aerospace Project Manager

What you will do

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of engineering and manufacturing projects.
• Organise meetings, document outcomes, track actions, and maintain project reports and documentation.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities involving manufacturing equipment, tooling, operational processes, and new technology implementation.
• Support project reviews, risk management, stakeholder communications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day support to project managers and operational leads across engineering, operations, and programme teams.

Requirements

• Experience in project coordination, PMO, engineering, manufacturing, operations, or a related environment.
• Strong organisational, planning, communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
• Ability to obtain or willingness to complete the required security clearance and Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of manufacturing, engineering, industrialisation, or operational environments.
• Experience supporting projects in aerospace, automotive, defence, rail, energy, or other technical industries.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
