HSM Specialist (Cryptography)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Company

Work within Santander's technology and operations organization supporting HSM infrastructure and cryptographic services.

What you will do

• Install and configure HSM devices.
• Manage and organize cryptographic ceremonies.
• Manage keys and certificates using SHA, AES, RSA, 3DES, and related cryptographic technologies.
• Administer ITIL processes and troubleshoot incidents affecting HSM-related services.
• Monitor HSM environments and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Communicate continuously with clients in Spanish and English to fulfill service requirements.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in IT, computer systems, or a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced English and working communication skills in Spanish.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux administrative commands.
• Knowledge of telecommunications, networks, ITIL processes, and computer security.
• Strong teamwork, communication, accountability, organization, and integrity.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of banking payment methods.
• Knowledge of cryptography and mathematics, including algebra and calculus.
