What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive penetration tests on applications, infrastructure, and systems.
• Evaluate and report on the risk of identified vulnerabilities, providing actionable remediation guidance.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to enhance overall security posture.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the refinement of internal testing methodologies and tools.
• Stay current with emerging threats, attack techniques, and offensive security tools.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
• Proficiency in tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Ghidra, IDA, and Frida.
• Strong knowledge of programming and scripting languages.
• Relevant hands-on certifications (e.g., eWPTX, OSWE, OSEP, BSCP, CPTS).
• Must be based in or able to work in Madrid, Spain (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud security and testing cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs) and modern attack techniques.
• Contributions to the cybersecurity community (e.g., published research, registered CVEs).
• Additional security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM.
• Higher technical education, preferably in Information Technology.
