Focus on reviewing and remediating IAM issues, executing access reviews, collecting control evidence, tracking remediation actions, and strengthening operational IAM controls.
Location: Madrid (Vía de los Poblados), with a hybrid arrangement combining office work at ING MAD and working from home.

What you will do
- Review, analyze, and support remediation of digital identity and access management issues.
- Implement and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and guidelines with internal teams.
- Execute and follow up on IAM controls, including evidence collection, access reviews, issue tracking, and remediation coordination.
- Advise users and internal stakeholders on IAM topics and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Collaborate with technology, risk, and business teams to identify improvements and strengthen access controls.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, cybersecurity, access controls, operational compliance, or technology risk management.
- Understanding of user lifecycle management, access requests, access reviews, privileged access, authentication, and segregation of duties.
- Experience working with procedures, evidence, controls, and operational documentation.
- Clear communication and effective collaboration with stakeholders across different teams.
- Analytical, organized, adaptable, and able to identify root causes and define practical remediation actions.
- Ownership, good judgment, willingness to learn, and motivation to develop IAM and cybersecurity expertise.
