Finance Associate (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Process vendor invoices and record bank payments accurately and on time.
• Set up vendors in NetSuite after receiving completed vendor forms.
• Review and process employee expense reports in SAP Concur.
• Perform account and statement reconciliations to maintain accurate balances.
• Monitor the shared mailbox and communicate with vendors as needed.
• Assist with sales tax filings and other finance-related duties.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of transactions.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems.
• Experience with NetSuite and SAP Concur is preferred; experience with Canadian, US, or UK sales taxes is an asset.
