Manager, Treasury & Strategic Finance Operations (SaaS)

Location: Remote within Canada

Salary: CA$107,995–CA$150,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Develop and maintain long-term financial models and cash flow forecasts with FP&A and senior leadership.
• Manage treasury operations, cash positioning, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial systems, processes, and forecasting methods.
• Oversee accounts payable performance, payment accuracy, and vendor relationships.
• Identify and implement working capital optimization strategies across inventory, receivables, and payables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in treasury, financial planning, or strategic finance, preferably in SaaS or technology.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, financial modeling, and liquidity planning.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and improving processes.
• Proficiency with financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel modeling is essential.
• Must be a Canadian citizen or eligible to work in Canada; a criminal records check is required upon hire.

Nice to have

• CPA, CTP, or CFA designation.
